FAMILY-RUN FARM

"Plow the fields and spread the seeds

"cultivate the gift of patience"

Who we are

We are located in the heart of the Agro Nocerino-Sarnese region. Our small business was born from our family's experience in agriculture. In 1978, Pietro Fasolino founded the "Cooperativa Agricola San Vito," already operating in the agricultural sector. Over the years, we have continued the family tradition by starting the farm, and in 2020, we are growing further thanks to the collaboration of the new generation, who are relaunching the business. A line of processed products is launched: the "Donnanù" project is born.

San Marzano DOP Tomatoes

The project stems from the need to restore cultural value to food, starting right here in our region. It stems from the desire to consume a product that respects the environment and all those who work with it. Our tomato is a woman. This is why we actively value and support the role of women, from production in the fields to processing the preserves.

Donnanù

The project aims to establish a relationship of trust  between producers and consumers. Our Donnanù line includes: San Marzano DOP Peeled Tomatoes, Yellow Cherry Tomatoes, Red Cherry Tomatoes, Tomato Puree. We offer our products at a price that's affordable for buyers and fair for those who work there.

Our territory

We are located in Lavorate, a historically agricultural town in the Sarno Valley at the foot of Mount Saro. We are surrounded by the Lattari Mountains and Mount Vesuvius, and as such, the Agro soil is rich in volcanic material and nutrients.

The land is nourished by numerous springs, making it extremely fertile. The climate benefits from the beneficial influence of the sea and the valley's currents. All this favors the growth of extraordinary products, including the San Marzano tomato.
